Mokira is a small online gift shop I run from Toronto, and it began with a feeling I know you’ve had too.

You want to find something that says I know you, I thought of you. But the search ends in hours of scrolling past the same mass-produced things, and you settle. A gift should never feel like settling.

So I did it differently. I went looking for small businesses, most of them right here in Canada, and brought their work together in one place. Every piece has a real maker behind it, and I hope that comes through when someone opens it.

How your order reaches you

Your gift is prepared by the brand that made it and sent straight from their studio or warehouse to you. If your order includes more than one brand, it may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Please order early for Christmas. Good things made by hand take a little time.
